Old faithful Franky passed away some time back and was always good for a quick rebuild of alternators and starters without the markup that his boss'd stick on. Well Franky, that goood second hand alternator you sold me .. I finally had to put it into service.....and it lasted 24hrs. No matter, I have bought another from an L series for $40 and it weighs almost a kilo more than the Brumby alternator and looks the same !!
