Broken Water pump

he wife and I went for a drive around the countryside today. Had a look at the Barossa Vaey etc and then headed further north. Unfortunately we did not return in the "L" series. The water pump decided it had had enough. I think we stopped the engine in time, before any major damage was done. So we left the car in Balaklava, hopefully the mechanic there is competent and does not find to many problems. Dread to think what the cost will be. It is a pretty little town which we had time to wander around while waiting for our ride from Adelaide to arrive. Now all I will have to do is pay for the damage and then trying to pick up the car, this being one of my busy times
