is it possible to update the clock in the form i think it is about 18hr late

This has been answered elsewhere I think. The clock settings are in your User CP in the top left there. Most likely its set to GMT at the moment for you... you have to tell it what time zone you're in.

Other than that it is the right time... somewhere.

Yeah, go to UserCP at top left of page, then on the left hand pane, "edit options"... Down near the bottom change time zone to GMT +10.
I thought the same thing to, until i realised that we have the power to change it:P
