Tie rod prices.

I'm looking for a set of Tie Rods for my Brumby. I've checked ebay and the prices vary from $14.00 to as high as $39.00. Can anyone out there give me some info buying tie rods .

Given they're an critical part of the steering system, do not cheap out. While, I haven't seen a tie rod end let go, I have seen cheap ball joints bust.

Go with a known brand, I'd probably buy local from a reputable shop who can look you in the eye and say the brand they're selling's fine.

Yes its hard these days most parts arn't stamped with a brand and come in a fancy box. If u go to Bursons or Repco or other places the parts all look the same no brand name stamped on the ball joint or tie rod or tie rod end. Not sure that price is any guide either.
