EA82T first gen dist module

not such exciting stuff for those few still into these old turbs, and likely excludes EA81T coz we didn't get them here.....

Notced in the parts catalogue that there is two distributor ignition modules for the flapper 3 plug type dizzy on the first gen turbos - both 4 pins to connect to four wires but one is for Aust. only the other is for the rest of the world.

This might explain why US at least had different numbers for the knock control module....or maybe rather we had different to the rest of the globe !

Makes me wonder then if a US sourced module would function correctly in an Aust. distributor.

If you have an EA81T your module and knock box might be same as rest of world and therefore US module should mate up OK.
