Gen 2 Outback Airbag upgrade

I was after some information about fitting airbags to a non airbag gen 2 outback.
If all the wiring, sensors, seatbelts and dash were swapped from an outback limited to a non airbag gen 2 outback, is this ok?
Or are there chassis differences?
Or anything else?
