Welcome to the forum Mossey,
Probably best to post in the subaru chat/workshop area/wanted section
But to answer your question there are quite a number of options out there - Gen1 Liberty seats are a relatively easy mod, some use MX5 seats and recently there's been the suggestion of using sigma seats.
There are others, just do a search on the forum
Cheers

It's not hard to find a new set. The best thing to do would be go to your local wreckers armed with a tape measure and ask to look through what they got. You want something where the rails bolt to the bottom of the seat, and the bolt hole to hold the rails are 405mm between centers. (Side to side not front to back if that makes sense)
Once you find a set its a pretty simple job to make the brumby rails fit the new seats.
This is what I did and end up finding a set of GK sigma seats that the brumby rails bolted straight onto. nil mods required.

Alternatively, if ya passenger seat is ok, just find another passenger seat in good order & switch the cover & foam onto the drivers seat framework. I did it & it was easier than I thought. Almost every passenger seat i've ever seen is fine. I have another in the shed,if ya don't live too far away you are welcome to it.
