G'day mate, welcome to the forum.
Most sumps will be designed to drain from near the back of the sump for this reason, the little bit that's left in there isn't anything to worry about.
If you have a big front bumper you might want to consider getting the little extender ramps to get the nose up before the car is on the ramps themselves. I use big planks of wood for my wife's VT that's stock as a rock to get it up on ramps.
Cheers
Bennie

If you can get under the car you can do what I have in the past and parked on a hill (chock the wheels so you don't get run over) to put the sump drain plug at the lowest point or put 2 wheels up on a gutter (both the lefts or the rights) with, again, the sump plug at the lowest point.
Otherwise ramps it is.

I park so the car is facing downhill with the ramps under the front.
Also, I got Scepter Pro Car Ramps, made from plastic so wont rust, if you happen to bump them into your Subie less likely to damage the paint, plus they have a higher weight rating anyway
