rear 2wd hubs option to changing stud pattern

Post by 85wrx » Mon Jun 19, 2006 5:38 pm

Does anyone know if the 2wd rear hubs off a liberty will fit onto the rear 2wd stub axle on an MY coupe? Looking at converting the coupe to a different stud pattern. Front seems to be fairly straight forward compared to the rear.

Also with changing the pcd on hubs, what is actually done to complete this? Are there any photos of the front and rear hubs with this completed? What is the legalities with these being engineered? I am interested in talking to people that have used this.

Why couldn't Subaru have used a REAL stud pattern on the MY series. :x

best suggestion I could give is XT6 . that gives you the MY/L axle with liberty pattern. only thing you could do locally is find one in a wrecker and try it.
