Yeah I can see the marks where the once was a towbar.

I was gonna modify a wagon one, but I gave up because I figured that my Outback has a towbar

Hmm , your SUVs tend to be heavy and you feel the bowser pain because you're launching several tonnes every time you take off . Heavy cars need larger capacity engines if not to be slugs and it all becomes a vicious circle .
