Auction day help

Hey guys I'm going in blind goin to a mayheim auction to bid on a 1999 wrx it's a repairable writeoff but I have no idea how much to pay or what it's worth it has pretty bad panel damage on 90% of the panels but looks like no driveline damage can anyone help me with their views?

set your price and dont go over it. Its very easy to get caught in the moment and overbid.

not sure about how much to pay for the car, but a nice 1999 wrx isnt worth anymore than 7-8k these days so i probably wouldnt pay more than 2500 for a wrecked one.
