hit roo on the weekend.....now chasing a bull bar

Post by leeton1203 » Sun Mar 04, 2012 5:35 am

Its a legacy to the subaru liberty... I hit a med sized roo at at least 90k square in theidle. The inpacked fourced the condensor and radiator back into the engine. But after removing the thermo fan from the drivers side and disconecting the passenger side it was back on the road with no noticable affects though i wouldent like to be idleing in trafic to long... But even the ac still worked. But anyway i have all but put it back together( for underr 200...again a nice suprise) and i am wanding a bar to replace the front bumper. I plan on lifting and useing it for a bit of 4x4 fun so i was consieding incorperating a light to mid winch. But i was wanting to know whats avaliable pre made or what others have done in custom building there own. I have got a 95 liberty.
The info would be great

Here you go link

Expect to pay north of $1300.

Custom (incl winch mount) = more $$$

Also keep an eye on ebay - they come fairly regularly for as little as $150, but you need to factor in a redesign for the winch if you are set on such a path.

Or try Subawreck in Adelaide - always seems to have a steady supply.

Glad it was only $200 - a lucky escape.
