Vortex Lovers...
While checking out a USMB thread I came across this vortex image:
Apparently NOT photoshopped and apparently a conversion that was done in Australia...
I've never seen one though!
Share your pics here - vortex specific
Cheers

Yeah i've seen them on USMB too, but I hadn't heard of them being done in Aus. I would have thought our ADR laws are too strict. Taking the roof off makes the car quite a bit weaker if its not designed for it.

Further reading late last night told me that the the top one was a photoshop job, and the bottom one was probably a conversion that was done in the US - there was a flyer in the thread that advertised it, so that bottom one is probably a real thing in the US - hence the steering wheel on the wrong side!

Yeah baby !!! that red one looks awesome
Definately not done in Aus.. we never got the XT6 and can't see someone importing it to convert then send back

Found this sweet Vortex on ebay, relatively cheap too I think!
Needs some work but I reckon it'd come up awesome.

Heres a pic I took last summer during a failed attempt at making a video for a board member. Shes not a soft top but I still enjoy her as my daily driver since August of 2010.
I picked her up very reasonably off an add placed on USMB.
