hey man! do you still have this ride? do you mind parting it out? im just interested in getting the bumper part.or this brumby is already sold? i think that is too high for $3000. i suggest you also post some pictures of the interior and the subaru parts. i might be interested in getting your brumby if i can have an image of the interior and engine.
:)

It was 6 months ago & the add on Gumtree is long gone so I'd say it's been sold.
Cheers,
Andrew

I really don't think he would've parted out his pride and joy.

and a good price for a targa top is 2500- 3000 as they are a targa top

as for the bumper look for a 1983 touring wagon at the wreckers as they have a very similar bumper.

Which doesn't come close to fitting...

You need a US BRAT / AG-Quip bumper. Not sure if they're still available from Subaru Australia.
1989 Brumby - Shiny new red paint, stroked EJ20 phase 2 SOHC with Darton sleeves bored to EJ22, Wiseco high-compression pistons, Delta 2000 grind cams , EJ/XT6 5 stud with WRX 4/2 pots, 5-speed, 86 GTS seats and so much more.

this is the bumper style I was talking about

rather similar to the brumby one and it fits directly onto a brumby

Sorry, I assumed you were talking rear :) Obviously front is the same across all MY's...as long we split 81/82 metal single headlight, 81/82 metal dual headlight, 83+ plastic single headlight and 83+ plastic dual headlight.

The rear is completely different. The centre profile is the same, but the end caps are unique to wagon, sedan, Brumby, and USDM Brat (not sure on the Ag-Quip, I had long assumed the Ag-Quip was the USDM rear bumper but it is not the case as the USDM won't fit a standard AU license plate (just found out today) - while I'm confident the Ag-Quip would have been designed for local plates).
