subaru stiming belt servcice $$

Hi there Just joined:confused:. I live in south brisbane and are looking for good,not overpriced person that does subaru servicing. My impreza(1999)non turbo has done 200k and i need to have a service and timing belt changed.looking for alternative than $1000 that i was quoted just to do belt.

Any ideas

thats an average price for the major services from subaru. (100k, 200k, 300k)

they should be doing all fluids (diffs, gbox, brake fluid) etc etc etc at this service.

ask around other mechanics might do it abit cheaper or you could try it yourself and save about $5-600

Hi Rob,

Shoot me a pm for price, I did a timing belt kit and all new idlers for my EJ20 recently.

I'm in the Brisbane Western suburbs.
