Brumby seat question

Post by phantomD » Tue Nov 23, 2010 1:00 am

Hi all,

My Brumby seat is poking me in the back and causing me back pain - how much would it cost to get both seats refurbished in Brisbane? Any places recommended?

Can somebody please tell me which model/year Liberty the seats below came from:

Are modifications required to fit them to a Brumby?

Cheers,
D

Yep.. Gen 1 Series 1 GX Liberty seats.. I prefer the RS Turbo seats in there, as they have the slightly rap around sides :)

Much modding required to put them in?

the rails (the bits that bolt between the seats and the floor! will normally be the bits that have been modified so another set of liberty seats should bolt up if you remove the seats and bolt the old rails onto the new seats!
87 targa brumby (Neglected),
92 targa brumby (weekend runabout),
97 Lifted Outback (Dailey drive),
05 outback safety (Too cheap to pass up),
90 model liberty (was to be scrapped instead sold to workmate)
+ others.
