Bull Bars and Suspension lift for Forester X 04

Hello,
I am wanting to fit front and rear bull bars to my Forester X '04 and have it lifted a bit for outback travel. Can anyone recommend businesses that can do this?

suba Xtreme would be a good place to start, for all of those, or maybe try ECB for the bullbar
