Renting garage in the Blue Mountains - Anyone in?

Howdy,
Been toying with the idea of renting out a commercial shed/garage somewhere in the blue mountains region. Will allow storage of heaps of cars, get a hoist to work on cars, beer couchs, no nagging wife/misses to hassle you, yard wont look like a chop shop. Now to make this happen, would really need a couple of people to jump in on the idea. Unsure what the price of the lease would be at this stage, just considering the idea. So anyone interested? There are a few places near me and prices vary from between 600 month - $1200 month. The $1200 month sheds are massive, 3 phase power mezanine levels, enough room to store 100 odd cars, smaller one was from memory was like $700 a month. Enough room to store 50 cars, inside....
