Outback lower control arm bush install

Other than having a press handy to make the job a bit easier can anyone tell me if I'll need any strange exotic tools to remove old bushes and install the new ones on my Outback, (Front Control arm rear)? Also I'm thinking of instaling Nolathane bushes as they would seem to be a higher quality item. Any ideas?
