Insurance...L series wagon.

Post by Smokey » Mon Mar 13, 2006 9:42 pm

Hello,

What do you guys do about insurance? I have a 88 GL Wagon 3" lift, big tyres, webber, LSD, bull bar etc.

3rd party property or comprehensive? NRMA only want like $600 for a standard L but how much for a modded one?

So what companies and what product (3rd party or comp) have u gone with, or none?

Smokey.

My suggestion would be to check the quote pages from insurance web pages and write down how much from different companies.

There is a few I can give you a lead...

http://www.aami.com.au
http://www.racv.com.au
http://www.justcarinsurance.com.au
http://www.cgu.com.au
http://www.gio.com.au
(there is heaps more out there that I haven't yet told you)

For my Liberty rating one is $502 with AAMI.

Everyone has different side/stories, like i said, best get quotes from these providers.
Cheers
AP
