I have tried to find a new one on the net with out any success any idea's? Or does any one have any good second hand ones.

are you a young un of our society that has grown up in a throw away society? You no say what type of dizzy whether it is kettering or electronic. Both have replaceable components. Kettering you can buy contact points, condensor and points file set using feeler gauge and or dwell meter. The electronic has a module that can be sourced from parts joints I hope or Subaru.

What you got? Any visible damage?
