headers on stock 2.2 YES or NO ?

Will headers on a stock 2.2 legacy motor help or will it hinder it. It has duel port exhaust heads. Any body got any replys ? Thanks

Are you talking about the eBay ones?

I believe that they do have a positive effect, but i dont know by how much

ive heard and looked into it on other forums. they say its about 7kw more. not worth the $300 odd dollars if you ask me. only real way to get (cheaper) power is to chuck a turbo donk in there.
