WA whoopass wednesday(drags)

hi all,
a couple of us went to the drags last night, here's a small vid compilation of our cars and afew times etc...
excuse my shabby launches and stuff, i'm very very amature dragster
as a sub note, both subi Matt and myself where having engine troubles that night, our times should be able to improve dramatically when they are running good!...i think Mike was having some troubles as well!

and 40 buks its a hell of a lot cheaper than gettin busted by the cops for street racin

hell yeah! In vic the police can now confiscate your car over night and on the third offence sell your car... Its the new anti-hoon laws. And you'd be surprised how many people havn't learnt yet...
Do you guys have these over there? If i squeal one wheel off the lights that's enough for the boys in blue to take my car, or if i look like i'm draggin someone off its the same thing...
Think i'll stick to the bush for my fun (and that's not draggin anyone off)...

Yeh they have those laws here to. Now you can get done if some one calls the cops with a photo or video camera. It also applies to any crown land that is accessible to the public. so even nuts offroad can lead to loss of a subi

Man, that's full on. I don't know if our laws extend to crown land but the camera and photo thing applies here. There are a few cars that frequent my street that i'd love to get some of this evidence to give to the police.
Its not nice waking up at 2am to a screaming engine or wheels (or most cases both) wondering whats going to happen. But these are the people who know what they're doing and doing it on purpose...
