Something has to be wrong with it - like a CV or clutch or something. It sounds quite rare

na mine sounded like that when i got it turned out to be the rocker arms were loose or something

yeh, seems to be in hi range. cant select? or maby he just dosent know about lo

or maybe theres some fuel supply problem and he cant get the revs he needs.

Sounds like water in the electrics to me.
