These cars were used in Rally at some point weren't they?

Andrew this thing was used in rally’s however was a long time ago. The only footage I have seen was from Possum Bourne and from memory it was from his personal collection. Can I ask why? Did you purchase an RX and now want to rally it

Yeah I have an `86 RX now.

I'm really warming to the idea of getting into rally racing and I think it's the ideal car. I don't know how likely it is that I'll get the time or money between all my other projects but it's another crazy pipe dream of mine.

What are you after? Anything RX specific? I have bucket loads of general L series stuff...

There was a guy on here, on one of the older boards (I think the one just before it crashed last) and he had a really good website on his RX rally car and just general RX rally stuff. He had most of a parts manual there of what parts were used in a group A rally car, and I have a old wheel magazine with a article in it about the RX rally car and the possibility of a production car coming to Australia. I scanned that article and sent it to the guy and he posted it on his website.

I'll try and track down the guy and/or the website.

Well the RX was an L lol.

Ih ave pic at home of the RX as do other Qld Subaru club members just due to the numbers of RX's over there, is that what mean? Remember the RX are rare, well compaired to the volume of "L's" that produced.

Although i to am VERY interseted in what LTurbo can uncover.
