It went down successfully, albeit with a bit of trouble! ;)

BUT it was awesome, checkit out!!

I just compiled this thread over the past hour+ (while my 10 month old was napping) so sorry to redirect and be short by not retyping or copy-pasting here in a unique report, and I know you all deserve that respect ;) BUT I'm just going to tack the link in here.

Long story short I wheeled my (well and tastefully modified) 95 legacy with two 4" lifted FJ80s and a 3" lifted FJ cruiser, tackling Lockhart Basin ( north to south) IN A DAY!!

Enjoy!!

Looks like a great day out! Shame about the drive shaft.

Did the low range make all the difference you hoped?

YES it did! There'd be NO way on this trail without the low, maybe an automatic transmission could pull it off, but the AUDM FOR low was and is great!! I'm very impressed, and my jealousy of Aussie equipment continues! :D

It's awesome, I can only imagine what an additional 15% of L series lo would be like..
