Subaru 4x4 club Condamine gorge trip

The subaru 4x4 club had its condamine gorge trip on sunday. Rick decided it was time to initiate his beautiful Gen3 2.5RX wagon, body kit and all:

We did 14 crossings of the condamine river in all, with the deepest at about the top of my bumper (which is almost at the top of rick's grille!)

All in all it was an excellent day out. Princess Dave's MY was renamed "the subaru shaped jumping castle" after he broke a shock mount and did half the trip with no rear shocks. very funny to watch!

Nice pics Dane. I would have liked to have done that trip but have got way too much on the go right now. Got any more pics?

Those crossings at Condamine get mighty hairy when its been raining heavily. I had the floats happening there when I first got my L.
