Where the big boys play... Sunk.

Post by Bumpty » Sun Sep 28, 2008 9:50 pm

Thought I'd show my latest effort...
The left side (in cabin) was drowned to the bottom of the seats.
I'm quite happy, because that is all that happened, apparently 1m to the left and it would be over my roof...
I'm sure the tassie boys will confirm this :)
It was at the Oldina skid pan, in one of the middle puddles (dams)

Enjoy,

Also would love to know all the tips n tricks at cleaning/drying the inside of the car haha :) I've started with tying up the carpet so air can circulate around under the carpet, front passenger seat is out and amp is out (drying next to heater)...
Cheers.

go to the car wash and use one of their big vacum cleaners unless you know someone with a wet vac and get the bulk of the water out then hit it with a steam cleaner those things are worth their weight in gold!

Tex - had no idea what you were talking about with the big vacuum cleaners at the car washes, but I do seem to remember seeing a few people using them. Bit tall shiny tower things haha, look like dialects! Will have a look tomorrow. Thanks. I've also followed your Idea Captain, by pulling the carpet out.
