I was tempted to do this on my old one, but wasn't so sure on the new one as I want to make it easier to engeneer!

If it is an LSD Ill swap you. Or what you can do is drive it while its up on a hoist and use a stethoscope or failing that a bolt rubber hose and a funnel to make one up! If you can tell me the ratio of the diff then I might have one to substitute for a test run!
