Stop!
Before you do this be warned check the size of the auto as mine doesn't fit in my brumby I had to lift it 75 mm and mod the transmission tube to fit it in!

yeah, 'IT' would be the electric motor. I just had a second look at the photos. Looks like an 'L' series? the centre diff is to allow the front and rear wheels to turn at different speeds while cornering. The problem is, you don't have one. So if you engage 4wd while on bitumen and try to turn, the...

Not sure where you got your info from but you definitely need to get a MOD plate if you put an EJ20T into an NA Impreza or Liberty for that matter in QLD NSW and act are the same, In the ACT I don't need an engeneers report for my lift kit according to their rules and regulations but I can tell you...

We used to be able to get snow tread tyres over here but because not many people use 13 inch rims anymore they may be harder to get but you could always try some 14's or Peugeot 15's. I have seen them with irrigator tyres on the brumby/MV1800 they look identical to tractor tyres except smaller altho...

Sorry I just re read your post, I'd try a diff splitter between the motor and your diff and maybe borrow a 4.11 setup to see how it works. I've driven a twin engined scraper before and always been warned not to have more throttle on the rear engine than the front when cornering as the front is tryin...

personally a gas expert there are performance gas specialists or gas tuners about that do this stuff all the time with ease, The backfiring thing can be a common issue with some setups i.e. the AU fords used to come with special clips in the gas kit for the airbox so it wouldn't blow them apart! Als...

Hi all I recently had a blow out on my brumby strut tops and am trying to find a supplier of strut tops preferably nolathane or something of sorts, I want to do this before fitting the crossbred kit. I know that Kmac in sydney make indestructible ones for commodores and falcons etc but I want to kno...

It is worth inspecting the vehicle for these as some utes do I.E. the VG commodores had these factory I know from experience, Although I've never fitted a capsule to anything else again if you can find a...

In insurance's language - your at fault, (sorry to say that) in real life - both at fault. because you were moving out and you could have looked around you checking out to see if the area is safe before moving. My wife was in similar situation, she parked the car between two big vans and she revers...
