Hi all Ive been running water injection for a little while now but unfortunately not the intended type (Blown head gasket). So now is time to rebuild my EA81 as the head gasket has a hole the size of a five cent piece. But after getting the head etc machined id like to upgrade a few items while its ...

My EJ25 RX had a similar problem, So I started basic fault finding but I bought it as a wreck and had a big whack or two. But in the end I worked out the fuel pump was far too quiet so pulled it off to replace it when I found both the wires for it just dangling in the fuel. I hooked them back up and...

Granted I have an outback but with my 50mm body lift kit and heavy duty (Raised) springs it handles almost as good as from factory and would heavily encourage it. I installed the lift first as I thought the springs and shocks were good! If I had my time again i'd do the lot at once, Instead of pulli...

Sorry to drag up an old post but what about progress pics? Are you guys required to have a trailer of this size rego'd? Over here we don't have to do that, we just have to make sure that the rear of the trailer has the towing vehicle's number plate's ID Sorry to say but the rules have changed, Infac...

A 100mm may be true but when using lift blocks by themselves you are allowed no more than 50mm lift blocks (according to national standards). But in saying that I have 50mm lift blocks in my outback and all legal plus once you do that it is possible to fit decent sized tyres on, And one of my brumbi...

I cant help but say Ive got one of those "LOK" on socket sets in 1/2inch drive, I was given a sidchrome set by work which was fine until you came across a rounded off bolt then you were stuck So I went chasing a metwrench set as I only had odd sizes but the bloke in the bearing shop that sold both p...

Make sure that you have someone on standby with mechanical knowledge and to start with And personally I've got the crossbred kit fit it in then you can get any EJ single cam engine and fit it later once you have all the wiring sorted and the ECU (Personally I'd grab the EJ16 off here as its almost r...
