The Liberty radiator wont fit without cutting and welding, get a radiator place to put on bigger outlets and get the core recoed. The Brumby/MY radiators are easily able to handle the EJ even with AC running.

You may have to get the senders out again and clean them with a bit of thinners that generally fixes the problem.

The lift kit can make that amount of difference in bolt up spots. Either redrill or made aspacer but you will need an extra hole anyway to stop the lever from wandering if you do it with the spacer.

Manual shaft is longer than the auto one.

Looks like your ready for another long road trip. You will find them a little more bouncey than they used to be. The addition of those bump stops make a difference when you hit something hard

An alternative you could lift the rear then lift the front after a week or so, i have seen this way done a few times, not recomended as the cars handling goes to crap.

The only problem would be the front A arm trailing bush, there is not alot of play to be able to pivot much, if you poke your head under the rear wheel you will see the bush is pivoted vertically not horizontally. If it where a previous generation you wouldnt have an issue. All the new Subaru have g...

I am another definate with you have a ring or piston land being broken or gummed, with the low compression pot being the culprit.

25-35Nm but as they are tapered i have usually done them up so they are just tight, which would be in the ball park of the torque spec anyway

After that it was factory clean i made decent dust dran holes and then re sealed the whole car with anti...

I cannot find a close up pic of the mounting showing how it sat without having to cut in anywhere. But the IC front sat at the rear of the engine looking down from above. I cannot take any other pics as the whole setup has changed with the fitment of the spidey

The motor and box are out of a 93 Legacy. Looks like the PS rear quarter panel has a dent in it too.

The low range gearset is mounted on a double needle roller bearing so prolonged use shouldnt be an issue. I drove my Liberty around in low range only prior to turboing it.
