Knowing Subaru, the wiring will be there, you’ll just need the modules to plug in to make it all work ... I've heard ( through FB ) that the software running the 'entertainment' system goes out of date & can't be updated easily ( or not at all ) ...
It would best to contact your service dealer to see what they recommend.

Before you go pulling it apart, you'll want to get hold of a seal kit :



If the housing is not damaged, the kit should fix the leaks ...

Could try Suba bits or other similar wreckers further afield ...( your in VIC ? )
