the nut is welded. the bump stops unscrew. Soak the stud in crc or similar, try to remove and dirt on the stud then try to unscrew it with multi grips or chissel.

Taza how new is that motor. Ya gotta wonder if they put the compression rings in the wrong way or forgot the oil rings. subydog. Almost sacrificial but hey sometimes ya just got a do it. Ironic cause the bloke who bought the Brumby wanted something to launch his 16ft fiberglass ocean going 1/2 cab boat and i used the cash to buy a boat. Fusable links under the bonnet near battery. If the barrell has a bad contact it can be fixed by removing the switch mechanism, it is held in to the back of the barrel with one philips head screw. yep it is that easy.
I did tap into the power befor the interior light so the map lights could be switched independantly and Oh put some of those LED bulbs in the map light they work awsome.

Can 2" strut spacers be fitted without having to fit crossmember blocks. This is the same as a Brumby. Well they can be fitted with a bit of stuffing around.
