just an update the name for the new coupe will be the brz. it will b rwd as thought. price is believed to be around the 25000 us dollar so around 30000au. subaru version is NOT confirmed for aus. seems subaru aus dont want to import the vehicle due the rwd

being a 1st gen forester i would recommend after market stiffer springs. the 1st foresters are well known for the sagging rear and towing so much weight will either cause the sagging (if it already hasnt happened) or to make the sagging even worse.

gday everyone i have just picked up a second 89 Brumby that i plan to get back on the road, the car is basically complete minus the engine, the gearbox etc is all there. was wondering what engine would be the best and easiest to fit that is compatible with the stock 4sp? was thinking the ea82 rather...
