Another issue I'd like to sort would be the making a post / thread 'sticky' ... The forum permission needed to achieve this would typically be applied to the moderators or admin groups. https://www.phpbb.com/community/download/file.php?id=202426&t=1 To apply Permissions : -group forum per...

Re: Fitting a weber

14l should get 140km minimum your carby is over fueling very badly. first thing you need to do is get the right jets, not just primary and secondary jets but the primary and secondary idle jets as well. then you need the correct air bleed screws and emulsion tubes. after that you need to get the cor...

Re: Fitting a weber

if the coolant line is still connected leave it.

Coolant flows from either head through the manifold via a coolant channel.

I must ask did you get a Weber with the correct jets and venturis?

Re: Ellie the Brumby (1991)

Looking really good!!! I noticed though that the cone in that rear disc was sitting out. I hope you did all of your castellated nuts up on the CV shafts to "I stood on the 4 foot long breaker bar after I did the nut up as tight as I possible could" otherwise you risk failure of all of your wheel bea...

Re: Brumby/Leone Power Steering Replacement

Having seen one of these racks apart, it isn't putting it back together that is the problem. finding the correct seals is the issue. the later model racks are wider and cause steering geometry and bump stop problems. I have seen people use the electric steering column with a manual rack out of an En...

welcome to the board daniel270991

A video if you can of the noise in the area of the driver would be great. please don't do a Blair witch project and try to follow the noise, just have the phone set up in the general area of the noise and record the noise as it happens.

Hi everyone, Just a quick update, I have the opportunity to get a 3.6ltr R engine, auto, loom etc... and would like to know if this will fit into the car (clearly there will need some custom work for the engine to bolt in, but just need to know if it is possible for it to fit with the auto and such...

Re: Centre diff issue and questions

Bennie not sure about the front end issue it could be torque bind or it could be a worn CV.

As for the centre diff they are full of silicone oil and it is possible it is leaking or has leaked.
