You'd be surprised what some write offs have wrong! Saw a Rangie that needed a pull against something immoveable to pull its face out and zip all else before it was rebirthed legally. Repairable write offs almost became a thing of the past to reregister now east coast jlast 18 months, becoming part...

Hey mate,
Check eBay, I'm pretty sure there's some on there right now. Regular Coffs Harbour seller. My brother had purchased from him more than once, with no problems.

Hey, I've never seen that unique cars article, looks like a dead ringer to my ute. Guess that means I could have an Ag-quip then. I've had some people tell me it is & others say it's not. It certainly has all the features they mention in this article. Would be interested to hear what the consensus h...

G'day mate

This has turned out real nice in the end. That Paj snorkel fits the guard surprisingly well. I had been picturing some plumbers pipe or something, but it's heaps better than that now.

Good job with that repair, I often look at mine & wonder if there is the beginnings of this trouble hiding under the rubber.

After many months in the making, I finally have the power steering in my Brumby. It is probably the best thing I have done to this car to date. Very happy with the improvement. Thanks to Proper Mouse for his help sending the kit down & the extra couple bits later on. Turns out I got the coupling I n...

Hey all, Ever since I got my Brumby I've been meaning to change the fuel filter that is under the car near the pump. The last couple of trips to work & back it has been coughing & losing power up the longer hills. So I got a filter & finally changed it, problem solved. The one I took off was close t...

Hey Jake, did you have a win with the L series steering bits I sent you? Mate I was too worried about pulling out the rack & getting the car all undrivable when I wasn't sure if I had what I needed to make it work. No probs though cos I got the coupling out of the same wagon today. The bracket you ...

Yeah true, if I was being picky I would prefer the sedan or coupe switch. No big deal though, it's all working now, so I'm happy.

Mate that is a bit of rust in the boot floor! Should be easy compared to some of the other repairs you've pulled off recently. As you said it won't need to look as pretty in there.

G'day guys
I got the relay & switch today. Pulled the bridging plug off & plugged in the relay. Swapped my switches too & it all works perfect. Very happy & it took 10 minutes.
So the wiring is all existing in a 90 model Brumby special.

I went to Kilsyth Pick a Part today. Now my Brumby has intermittent wipers. I grabbed the switch & relay from a Touring Wagon, it was a simple plug & play job. Now the wipers even start & stop when you press the washer button.

Hey looks like You had an awesome time, love the pics. Glad I wasn't there to be tempted into trying that bog hole, big clean up after that effort! I would've been on sand at the same time over on Googs track heading south to Ceduna. One day it would be good to try that in the Brumby. Interesting al...
