your going to get so much more flex out of the suzuki solid axle driveline especially if its coil this would be the biggest improvement rather then just ground clearance.
i don't know whether it could be done or not but good luck if you choose to have a crack

depends is the rest of your engine in good condition? the issue with 2nd hand engines is that generally its hard to know the history, most should come with the ODO of the engine and should have compression test but this does not guarantee its any better then yours. what im trying to say is that if y...

I love our 04 xs forester auto. sooo smooth, but get the turbo as the NA with auto is pretty gutless. I would go the the outback gen4 and get the H6 or the 05 SG forester turbo. i'm not a fan of european diesels so i wouldn't touch the skoda as what you will save in fuel you will spend on repair bil...

thats right most things even out with our high wages- but high living cost.

As far a I know you will have to go genuine if you want self levelling struts. Otherwise after market will be just as sufficient and doesn't require and other mods to change from self levelling struts.

you will get away with just replacing both rear, as usually if one is stuffed the other isnt too far off!

as for brands KYB is the most popular with people on the forum.
ive used monroe shocks which are good also

ive tried ultima and know a few people who have, they handel well and have lasted just as long as other brands ive used.
they are a direct copy of the monroe shocks so for the price they are good
