The answer to your question is the centre bore hole was made to fit on the locating lugs on the hub. Also the offset was correct for m y series and brumby. There are other reasons as well but i have posted these before and the posts were removed so i won`t repeat. I will under private discussion tho...

Rang infinity wheels and the rims he has have 110mm centre bore hole which are too big for the hub locating lugs on brumbies and L`s. Haven`t decided if i`ll do colours. Might just do primer/undercoat so people can finish them however they like. Don`t know yet what price but there could be a window for custom centres as well. The more interest that is shown will obviously dictate outcome for project.

Spoke to Mike at Scorpion Subaru today and he does not have a copywrite or a patent on the rims he was making so it`s all systems go for me to start reproducing. As i already have a couple of these lying around i will be trying to get as close as possible to original manufacture.

I have got 2 scorpion rims and a brumby hub, an L series hub and a drum brake hub from both as well. I am going to see if i can do a 14`` and a 15`` in both offsets. Have 2 meetings already set up with fabricators so here`s hoping we can come up with the right wheels at a competitive price.
