Tip of my index finger on my left hand miraculously disappeared before I felt it using a 1mm slitting disc on a grinder. I prefer using rechargeable grinders as the speed is not as high. But dangerous never the less. Hope it all goes good after the surgery

I recon it has something to do with the "Hill hold function" Mrs' Forester locked up. Adjusted hill hold and all was good

What comes to mind is that possibly the case is used as a heat sink. I would suggest connecting the inverter directly to the battery. What happens then?

What happens if you touch the inverter case to the vehicle with both + and - connected? Is there an earth stud on the inverter case? What voltage are you getting out from each panel separately? ( not connected to anything?)

At this point I have decided to try and get as close to factory as possible with these additions, AC unit ,power steering, 5 speed box and I don't know why I want it blue.

Thanks for the responses guys. Funnily enough I was wondering today if I did a good back to original job would it be better. RSR what are your thoughts on an ea82 with a five speed? Is it any better than I have now or should I stick with ea81? Last question the Ute is white I would like to paint it ...
