Arrrrgggghhh I missed it, I totally forgot the drags was on wednesday (not a good sign n now i know why they call it whoopass wednesdays). brother saw it but n he reckoned it was a bit of fun :)

Yeah i looked into as well and actually went as fair as getting the a couple of these instrument clusters, but the plugs in the back are totally different and as Alex says its heaps easier to install after market tacho.

But if ya got tha time and the lust for the original in-cabin look...

quick question about the VL fuel pumps (sorry i dont mean to hijack!) Can you install them and use em with a carby (hitachi/Weber) system even though it is a fuel injected pump?Or is the pressure output too too much? I understand that when you do an ej swap u have to have a proper pump to suit fuel ...

Yeah i got 27" nankangs all over and i luv 'em. Good road tyre and on sand they offer loads of grip...i got em from exeleys good year in willeton bout 6 months...$120 or $125 a pop can remember.
