well due to picking up a 98 wrx on tuesday im going to be transplanting the engines over...the wrx is from the wreckers though...unsure of condition on it...but the wrecker bought it for $300 and i bought it for $1000 :/ (wrecker definently makes his money worth...) but i know the engine and wiring ...

ill be honest here and say im good with the electronic and wiring up engines...and im fine to swap out an engine...but i cant diagnose problems with it...im not very mechanically minded in that sense...i can however use common sense to work out where everything fits together...but dont ask me how to...

ea to ej adaptor kit
has anyone used these before? whats the quality like on them? its seams a fairly simple swap...without having to make/modify anything yourself...

ok guys...need some help here....i can get my current carby completly cleaned and reconditioned to as new condition for $350 or i can buy a full brand new weber carby with parts to fit my engine fully for $590...my question is it the weber worth it? or should i just recondition my current carby? wha...

so quick look on ebay...these tyres 28" but only $65 each...and there on 15" rims...im just wondering how much would i need to mod my car to be able to use them? im guessing going to have to lift it abit? or can i just get away with some clever grinding/hammering and welding up some shiny new guards...

i can get 4x100 from wreckers here for $100 for 5 rims...and on ebay they sell the spacer/adaptors for 4x140 to 4x100...and i can only imagine the wheels being 1 inch further out would only add to stability abit...im just not sure what would fit well...dnt mind doing abit of fabrication... im just n...

my local tyre place is a motorsport supplier for tassy...so i have no trouble finding tyres...priced out both 14" and 15" rally tyres at $209 each...they have a nice decent tread on them and are dot approved for road use still...can get these in 13" at the same price...but i figured id be better to ...

so iv got an 84 touring wagon and would like to put bigger rims/tyres on it im not after anything extreme...just enough to get me off the beaten track abit...mostly firetrails where that extra inch ride height will make all the difference... my question is what tyres would you recomend and what size...

putting it in 1 is just that...first gear and 2 is 2nd gear and D is drive or automatically chooses gears according to your speed...i dnt believe that the auto models have low or high range gears for 4wd...just the little button on the gear stick to engage the rear diff...but i know when i go off ro...

WANTED 84 touring edition dash
hey all im after a dash board for my 84 touring edition wagon...
either analogue or digital...id prefer digital dash to keep it stock but am needing a dashboard to make the car road legal again...as wont pass pits without a dahs :/
