I have a big fancy AUSubaru sticker around here somewhere.... When I find it I'll grab some detailed photo and stick it here before I put it on Otter. :)

Sold my old subi, and the new one needs next to no work... Had a cv boot done? Still lurk here a bit. Reading. Not much to say with not much more than building a house happening, and that's fairly off topic.

Hey Bantum,
How's the site been for you?
I've been off AUSubaru for a while now so I haven't kept up. PM me if you want and I'll pass full admin over to your account. :)

Anyone seen Maple about? Got a wave of nostalgia today as I cleaned out the shed. I hope she ended up somewhere nice.

The end caps are best made out of some hard black sikaflex, then dremelled into shape and then polished by the same. :) Use the silver trim to get it to fit easily and dremel to do the final work.

Under my very basic understanding; AM radio uses lower frequency waves than FM so the quality is less, but it can travel much larger distances than usual FM.
I guess this would make it also more susceptible to breakup?
Interesting anyway.

Lowest I ever put my Forester tyres down was about 8PSI with Desert Duelers. Didn't have any problems. Whatever you do don't snatch from the towball itself. Bash plate won't last forever if it's the plastic one, but it'll do for now - get a nice alli one or make one out of checkerplate once you need...

After driving both a Foz(02) and an Outback(04), and currently still have the outback... I can say the outback gets better consumption with it's automatic box and 2.5L engine than the 2.0L foz did with a manual. Both about as fast as each other, the outback is much, much more comfortable all round, ...

In relation to this thread: (Though I hope not to hijack) If people want to put 17" rims on their brumby I have a set of front/rear brumby hubs/brakes that are drilled out to accept a 4x114.3 stud pattern. (very common for 15", 16" and 17" rims...) They're sitting in a box, waiting for some love, $2...

Only ordered the once but 100% positive feedback from me. The parts were exactly what I needed, delivered promptly without any problems.
I see now the only flaw was I was missing a key ring! ;)
In all seriousness though, perfect service. 8-)
