I think the issue was there seems to be little point spending big money on a locking rear diff if you only have a worn viscous centre diff. There would be little point in spending big money on any kind of LSD or locker if your centre diff is stuffed. Factory non turbo viscous centre diffs have only...

This whole idea of any "differential" transfering driving force from a tractionless wheel to another is BS . They transmit something up to equal force to both sides in the hopes that one wheel has as much or more traction than the other . A viscous LSD in the rear practically runs as an open diff w...

I cannot get my head around how a locker makes any difference to the centre diff, other than to help it, lockers dont give you any "extra" traction, they simply help to stop you losing traction you already have, losing traction , ie: a wheel in the air, which can create large amounts of different whe...

I honestly dont think they have a clue how much oil there is. Technology will find cheaper and better ways to extract it and we also have shite loads of natural gas available too, why this is not used more in Australia is a puzzle, but I am sure it has something to do with the oil companies, after a...

I was just thinking that you can mount the generator outside the container, fit a few recliner lounges and some sat TV so the pit crew has some thing to do while you're racing. Oh, did I mention reverse cycle air con? After all we are going to have your car so reliable we will just be there to spec...

I`ve had two RX`s and ran both of them on 15psi for years without out any problems. Had a TT Legacy AIR/AIR intercooler, dont bother fitting an EJ just for reliabilty reasons as they will give you just as many if not more problems as the EA in the long run. Just dont expect to turn the boost up on t...

You may have just scored a bad batch of fuel, go an complain to your local servo where you bought it from, maybe other customers have been complaining too. My daughters EFI L series pings it nut off when ever I buy fuel from the local woolworths caltex, so wont buy it from there again. My old carbie...

I have been running a voltage senitive relay(VSR) for my dual batteries for over three years now, and touch wood it has worked perfectly, I use it to charge two deep cycle marine batteries, one is my start battery and the other is for the fridge etc. I was told to get this type of battery as they ar...
