Have a look at the legacygt site lots of info there look at" how to install steering wheel controls " it has step by step info and photos as to how to do it , or to be safe take it to an auto mechanic to do it

Yer I was on a dirt road a few weeks ago The17inch wheels make it a bumpy ride indeed I must say though I do miss driving a manual. I do get onto the work vehicle from time to time to go out to jobs but by the time I get back to work I'm happy to get back into mine, the stop start of Sydney traffic ...

My08 premium liberty, swc is not std with that model.Cant believe subaru do not have these as std through out the gen 4 range. Also missing the wiring from the steering column to the stereo, so tapped into the wiring from the swc and went straight into the back of the stereo, all buttons work as the...

Finally got the stereo controls on the steering wheel working ......now I don't have to reach all the way over to stereo to turn up the volume :-) so much better

Spliced into the wires that come from the swc and went direct into the back of the stereo , happy days
