I should have one in the spare parts car I got with the RX, don't know how well it runs but with a new battery it started? If you're willing to sort out a freight I might be able to let that one go? Somewhat bare though, I'll be keeping the box and drive shafts and as much kit as I can that you don'...

Sweet buy mate! I'm seriously jealous, it was a wicked buy...The EJ22 is definately the go'er. They go pretty hard in an L-Series for a small 4 cylinder motor. Yeah the boxer's put out way more power than they should for a 4-cylinder with that displacement. I'm finding that the fuel pump issue is g...

Very nice! Well done. EJ22 smokes an EA82t. I know this first hand. Matt(subafury) had a fairly modified EA82t in his wagon when I was running a Ej22. Not only was it quicker down the quarter, it was also a bazillion times better off road. Sent from my Motorola RAZR HD It seems like it would be goo...

Someone once wrote a book called Up the Parramatta Road - about Sydneys used car sales yards. One story was about a guy who sold an old Jag for way too much and his boss made him give some money back to the buyer so not tarnish their rep. I think you should be paying a bit more to the seller - thin...

New Car City! RX Turbo
In recent weeks, our Landbruiser was discovered to have a couple of cracks in the head :( As a direct result, my dad decided he wanted to take my sexy Brumby (can't blame him) http://img407.imageshack.us/img407/9522/dsc0178fz.jpg Anyways, I refused to give it to him unless he got me another car. Lo ...

Did a bit more tuning. It's getting better. Thunk I might try a slimmer ported box, as the seat soaks up most of the bass. I have a similar problem. I basically have what you have set up behind your driver's seat, but behind each seat, plus a 6" in each door for high end. But in the little ute the ...

I know this may be off topic but, I would be very wary of starting an engineering career that's tied directly to the automotive industry in this country. I'm an apprentice tool maker and every one at my host company is saying the factory could close any week now. I'm not really expecting to be able...

You might find that where this snorkel enters the guard there's a strut tower in the way :( Had a similar issue in the Toyota, theres a little 'S' shaped piece of piping that sort of bypasses that, but I'll keep it in mind. Still some exploration to be done yet. As for adapting it to the stock air ...

Looks like it will take big breaths! Yeah it's about a 4.5" diameter and no filter so I'm hoping it's like a pseudo cold air intake. Does the angle sit just the same on Brumby's as the Bruiser you took it off? Astounding. This will make Snorkel finding that much easier if so... First inspection, se...

I am but a humble 3D designer using a simple free to web program. :) Is that what you do for a profession? Well, engineer in training. Still a poor-ass uni student, or I'd have a brand spankin' STi to show off on here ;) My jobs consist of carrying out Engineers plans. :p You poor bastard :( I know...

Snorkel on le Brumby
Righto, so I'm wrecking our blown out Landbruiser, and today I tore the snorkel off. Fiddly, irritating jobs like these on cars like these make me love my little Emma even more :D Should fit fine on the Brumby, looks a little big, but will fit nonetheless. This is it; http://img715.imageshack.us/img...

Not sure those Jerrycans will fit with that sweet looking bar in the back there. I like the spare wheel mount position, though I think my holder design is a little more fussy than that one. :P Just waiting to Rhino-Line the back before I put it in the back. (Matching brumby's!) :p The "sweet lookin...
