I'm about to put my second screen in shortly using a slightly different method. I fit the rubber seal to the windscreen, then fit the metal trim. Push the top of the screen into position and work from the bottom with two cords, as shown in the manual mentioned previously. I have used kerosene instea...

Brass Pin Method
Well, finally got around to fitting the the Indicator Spigot, or whatever it is called, using the brass pins off an electrical 3 pin plug. It is working fine and has been for a couple of weeks. With everyone seeming to have leads from mobile phone chargers, old computer screens, computers and househ...

I have used the brass pins out of a 240 volt electrical plug. They appear to be the right width and not too hard to bend into the required angle. Just a matter of cutting them to the right length. Used the soldering iron method to attach to the plastic. Have not installed them as yet, but will let y...

Tow Bar Bolts
Proton mouse,
Could you do me a favour and let me know what size and length your tow bar bolts are? I think they could be 17mm and go into to a captive nut.
Regards
Buddy Boy

Case closed
Thanks for the info guys, I have purchased the set that was advertised on Gumtree and Ebay. Got them a lot cheaper than he had them advertised, he just wanted to get them out of his Garage. Backing Plates had a few stone chips, otherwise perfect. The Discs and Callipers look like they are near new. ...

Thanks Guys
Thanks to everyone that replied, I did not expect to pay $500 for them, so I will just have to wait and see what happens. I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope someone has a set and has not yet read the want ads.

Vortex or L Series RX 4wd Disc Brakes
Hi Guy, looking to do the Disc Brake Change Over to the rear on the Brumby.
They tell me that either Vortex or L Series RX 4 WD Rear Disc Brake will do the trick. The Brumby has a new name, "Humpty", because it's always in pieces.
Regards Buddyboy.

3 Speed 4 WD Auto Gearbox
Guys,
Looking for all the bits and pieces for a change over from 4 speed manual 4 WD to 3 speed 4 WD auto. A complete MY Series Wagon with the 3 speed auto would be OK, depending on price. I live on the Gold Coast, so something close by would be great.

My main questions are: What type of Fuel Pump to use, I've read that you can use a Bosch 0580464070, Morrie has suggested using WRX Fuel Pump, which one would be the easiest, bearing in mind my next question? Is there a larger Fuel Line and Return that is an easy swap over that I could use? Using la...

Has anyone got a EA81 Turbo in a Brumby?
Just wanted to know if anyone has done the conversion and put an EA81 Turbo Engine into a Brumby? I know that there are plenty of Brats running around the US with EA81 Turbos, but wanted to speak to someone a little closer to home. Regards Buddyboy.

Brumby Parts Catalogue
Hi Guys,
Just wondering if anyone has stumbled across a Parts Catalogue/Manual relating to a 1989, or there abouts, Brumby. I have been able to find a Parts Manual for the EA81 Engine, but it does not include any other parts other than those related to the Engine. Regards Buddyboy
