Service history is more important than mileage, good service history & 200k is better than none and 120k. Well i do think i will ever find what im looking for..

Im after a 99/00 WRX Hatch with around 120'km...

How long did it take you to find the right car? how long should i expect it to take?

he wishes it was a manual as the auto doesn't have the same fun factor. I think im leaning towards the Series one 98/99/00/01 shape WRX as that is what i really like..

But will keep an eye out for a Series Two early WRX if one pops up...

Auto or Manual....was one better mechanically then the other?

steer clear of the first gen WRX. Theyre getting long toothed now and things like gbox/clutch/etc start to let go. id be looking at what gannon has said. He actually should have wrote "an EJ'd L series or MY wagon" which means an older L series or MY wagon with the original motor removed and replaced with an EJ20, EJ22 or EJ25 Can someone please tell me what model Impreza came out in what year? for example MY seriers from 1999-2000 etc... Basically the liberty/legacy is the more superior car and better priced Thats a fair point BUT i just dont like the look for the liberty wagon and i need a wagon for work hence the idear of a wrx or rx wagon... Can someone please explain to me the difference between the LX, GX and RX??

Do they all have the boxer engine?
