Yeah, FROG is the best person to contact here with regards to subaru parts. Worst case, you can try auto parts warehouse

You get what you pay for, like anything. I payed $450 for a OEM one from my local radiator joint and never had an issue... until the cheap hose split in the middle of nowhere.
