I have been toying with the idea of the twin tubes myself, preferably in chrome molly to keep the weight down over the front end, yes its not cheap, but every bit of weight saved is performance gained . Same with the LED light bar ,less wind resistance, less overhang to get caught up on off-road,and fr...

Looked nice and low, but too low - you go fit FWD rears and sits to high ?? Howsabout you measure rear shock from centre of bottom...

manifold clearances
Thanks Bennie,my main concern is the front cross-member,from what i've read a turbo manifold for a ej20/25 won't clear the wagon's as it's a different shape and RX turbo/vortex front members are ok ,basically any car that came with a ea82 turbo is suitable ,non turbo = no go.It will be a shame to re...

compatability of vortex and L series parts
Hey guys,i've decided to bite the bullet and start the transference of my Vortex running gear over to the L series parts wagon. The Vortex was running a ej22 and i think a liberty box ( anyone familiar with Shufbug's old Vortex, well that is the one).I say was, because the engine was removed earlier i...

I was just having a look at what's happening in the land of the Vortex, when i cam across your pics Toong. When i seen the first pic,i thought "wow, that looks good in white, and the stance looks spot on,"and then i seen the next pic......YUCK! Why? Why? Why?. It reminds me of several things: A young ...

They'd probably look ok with big tyres if you wanted that big, offroad look which is not what i'm a...
